This is 1984 Wonder Woman from the DC SuperPowers toyline. 
There is some discolouration of the torso. The legs are tight and she stands on her own,  arms are a bit loose. These deficiencies are reflected in the price . 
This would make an affordable piece for someone starting thier collection journey or as a place holder while you seek the minty for your collection.
