REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Please message us requesting additional photos of any products you are interested in BEFORE purchasing. 

 

Due to the delicate nature and age of paper products such as comic books, posters or other paper items, we cannot accept returns of any kind for paper products.

As with paper products, some vintage manufacturing materials can degrade over time and plastics or other vintage materials may become brittle or delicate over time. 

 

We package our items as we would like to receive them in order to minimize any chances of damage during the rigors of shipping. We will send you photos of your package prior to shipping so that you are able to see package condition prior to your item leaving our custody.

Gen-X Collectables is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping or for lost packages. 

 

All TRACKED packages have $100 CAN in insurance. To open a shipping damage claim you must send us detailed photos of the outside of the package BEFORE it has been opened. Any and all shipping claims are solely at the discretion of the shipper chosen by the purchaser and Gen-X Collectables is not liable for these damages and has no control over their decision making.

Any damages not caused by shipping will be considered on a case by case basis and the purchaser may be entitled to a full or partial refund after consultation.

​

If the purchaser chooses a shipping method that is NOT tracked, the package will be uninsured and no refund or exchange will be considered.
