SHIPPING POLICY

The Gen-X guys are not out to make a buck off shipping. All items shipped are at cost that is provided by the shipping agency and method you as the buyer choose.

We strongly recommend a rapid shipping method with insurance should the shipper lose or damage your package once it leaves our hands.

We pride ourselves on quality packing! We've experienced the disappointment of receiving broken items and as such we pack your items in the manner we like to receive the items we buy and minimize potential damage in transit.

 

1. If you have chosen the immediate online payment option: you will receive an email shortly to arrange your desired shipping method and an invoice for shipping will be forwarded once payment has been received your Item will ship within 2 business days and a tracking number provided or in the event of local delivery or pick up a time and place will be arranged.

2. If you chose the offline payment Option: We will contact you via email to confirm your shipping method and provide you with costs. You will receive a request for funds of both the item cost and the shipping cost, once payment is received in full your item will ship within 2 business days and a tracking number provided. 

3. if you live in the local area you may also choose to either pick up or have the item hand delivered at a time and location mutually agreed upon.
